Taya Malakian has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in Nevada City, Roseville, Tahoe and the Bay Area for the past 4 years. Her classes are heart-centered, challenging and inspiring. She weaves mystical poetry and yogic insight into the practice for deeper realization.
