Join Kaysie Markwardt for a juicy, hip-opening Yin Yoga class which will include essential oils, and loving hands-on assists with Reiki. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and settle in, accessing the body’s connective tissue. This deep, internal practice will provide space for you to calm the nervous system, increase flexibility, and slow down. Props will be utilized to allow the body more ease and access to the postures. Yogis will leave practice with a deep sense of renewal and connection to Self.
